  • $250 flat fee for trailer

• Total number of guests due 1 week before.

• 20% of the estimated price and $250 trailer rental due at the time of booking to ensure the date.

• Remaining 80% final payment is due 1 week before the event.

• Cancellations no later than 1 week ahead of the event.

• Tax & 20% Gratuity not included.
